Return & Cancellation Policy

At NoName, ensuring your satisfaction before shipment is our top priority. Since returns are not possible after export, we strongly recommend that all clients verify the quality and quantity of goods before dispatch. We encourage and welcome all customers to hire an independent quality control agency with whom we fully cooperate, providing them with access to inspect goods thoroughly, on your behalf, before dispatch.

Final Approval Before Dispatch

Once you’re satisfied with the inspection results, we request a written or recorded approval before moving the goods out of the factory. This approval acts as confirmation that the order meets your expectations in terms of:

  • Quantity per size

  • Fabric and finishing

  • Measurements and specifications

  • Packaging and labelling

 

Once the buyer approves the shipment, the order is considered final, and no changes or returns will be entertained thereafter.

 

Returns

We adhere to a strict no-return and no-refund policy once goods have been dispatched.

Why international returns are Not Accepted

  • Customs & Import Regulations
    Once goods are exported, they pass through customs clearance and documentation in both the exporting and importing countries. Returning those goods means going through the entire customs process again, including:
    - New paperwork and export compliance
    - Additional duties, taxes, or penalties
    - Risk of the return shipment being held, delayed, or denied entry

  • High Reverse Logistics Cost
    International shipping costs for returning goods are often higher than the production cost itself. It involves:
    - Coordinating freight with return clearance
    - Handling and repackaging charges
    - Paying for duties and taxes a second time (without refunds in most countries)

  • Non-refundable Duties & Taxes
    Most countries do not refund import duties or GST/VAT once paid on incoming shipments, even if the goods are returned. This results in a complete loss for both parties.

  • Custom Products Cannot Be Resold
    Every order is tailored to your sizing breakdown, labelling, and design needs. This means:
    - The garments cannot be restocked or sold to another client
    - Even minor adjustments (like changing neck labels or sizes) aren’t practical post-production

 

Why Domestic Returns Are Not Accepted

  • All orders we process are custom-made, which means the garments are not standard inventory but are produced uniquely for each client.

  • Once goods leave our premises, returns are not commercially or logistically feasible.

 

Because of these factors, returns after dispatch are simply not viable in the B2B export context.

Cancellations

At NoName, every order is custom-tailored to your brand’s specific requirements, which means our production process involves several irreversible steps.

When can you cancel?

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. This means cancellation is possible only when:
- The fabric has not yet been sourced or ordered
- Sampling or production work has not started

 

Why are cancellations limited after production starts?

Fabric sourcing is a committed process: Once we place fabric orders based on your specifications, the materials are allocated or purchased exclusively for your order. These fabrics are usually custom-dyed, cut, or procured in bulk, making them non-returnable or unsellable to other buyers.
 

Production & sampling involve significant investment: Starting production or approving samples means labour, machinery time, and resources have already been consumed specifically for your order.
 

Consequences of cancellation after confirmation:

Once fabric is sourced or production/sampling has started, cancellations are not permitted. If a cancellation request is made after order confirmation, it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with consideration to:

  • Stage of production

  • Cost of raw materials

  • Labour and overhead expenses already incurred
     

In such cases, a partial or full forfeiture of the advance payment may apply, reflecting the non-recoverable costs we have incurred.

 

Cancellation after confirmation - No Refund

Once fabric is sourced or production/sampling has started, cancellations are not permitted. If a cancellation request is made after order confirmation, no amount paid will be refunded. This policy reflects the non-recoverable costs we incur, including materials, labour, and other production expenses.
