Shipping & Timeline Policy

At NoName, we specialise in custom garment manufacturing and global export services tailored for small to mid-sized fashion brands. As a B2B manufacturer, we understand that timely delivery, safe packaging, and shipping transparency are critical to your business success. This policy outlines our integrated approach to production timelines, packaging standards, export logistics, and buyer coordination, ensuring that your order journey from factory to destination is smooth, predictable, and fully transparent.

Packaging & Labelling Standards

At NoName, we understand that packaging plays a critical role in both product protection, especially for fashion brands preparing for direct retail or e-commerce distribution. That’s why we pack every garment with utmost care using export-grade materials that ensure safety during transit and a premium unboxing experience for your end customer.

Each garment is individually packed in high-quality polybags to maintain cleanliness and prevent damage. For brands seeking sustainable options, we also offer custom biodegradable polybags upon request. All finished garments are then packed into sturdy 7-ply export-grade cartons, with a standard size of approximately 60x40x40 cm, though this may be adjusted based on the type and volume of garments being shipped. Every carton is clearly labelled with essential information, including the product description, size breakdown, purchase order reference, and, if requested, your brand logo.

To support a seamless retail experience, we also provide optional custom branding elements such as brand tags, woven labels, printed barcodes, hang tags, and even thank-you cards. These inserts help fashion brands deliver a consistent, branded experience to their customers, whether in stores or through online channels. Please note that any custom branding or packaging requirements must be communicated clearly at the time of order placement to ensure smooth integration during the production process.

At NoName, we have established partnerships with globally trusted logistics providers like DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and others to ensure your shipments are handled with efficiency, transparency, and care. This allows us to provide faster delivery timelines, minimise delays, and give our buyers peace of mind with end-to-end shipment tracking and support.

Shipping Terms
Ex-Works (EXW):

Under this term, the buyer arranges for pickup directly from our factory. Once the goods are packed and ready, we coordinate with the buyer’s freight forwarder for a smooth handover. We provide all necessary export documents, including the commercial invoice, packing list, LUT, and other paperwork as required. Many of our buyers who work with their own logistics partners prefer this option for better control and consolidation.

Free on Board (FOB):

In this case, we manage the movement of goods from our factory to the shipping port, complete all export documentation and formalities, and ensure the goods are safely loaded onto the nominated vessel or aircraft. From there, the buyer takes over the shipment process, including international freight and customs clearance at the destination.

We offer both options and will proceed based on what best aligns with the agreed commercial terms for your order. If you’re unsure which option suits your business, we can guide you based on your location, order volume, and urgency.

Export Documentation Provided

To ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with international trade regulations, NoName provides a complete set of export documents with every shipment. These documents are carefully prepared to reflect the exact specifications of your order and are shared promptly after dispatch.

We include a Commercial Invoice that outlines the full order value, buyer and consignee details, product descriptions, quantities, HS codes, and country of origin. This serves as the primary financial and legal document for customs clearance.

A Packing List is also provided, detailing the contents of each carton, including product names, sizes, quantities, weights, and carton identification numbers, making it easy for customs and the buyer to verify the shipment.

For tracking and freight management, we include either an Air Waybill (AWB) for air shipments or a Bill of Lading (B/L) for sea freight, issued by the logistics provider. These documents confirm shipment details and act as proof of dispatch.

Additionally, we furnish a Letter of Undertaking (LUT) under India’s GST framework, which certifies that the goods are being exported without the application of IGST. This is critical for tax compliance and seamless export processing in India.

If your country requires any additional documentation, such as a Certificate of Origin, GSP Certificate, MSDS, or specific compliance forms, please notify us in advance. We are fully equipped to coordinate and provide such documents based on your import regulations.

Our logistics and documentation team ensures that all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, helping to avoid unnecessary delays at customs and ensuring a smooth handover of goods at the destination.

Customs & Import Duties Responsibility
All international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure smooth processing by either appointing a licensed local customs agent or coordinating through their in-house Customs Forwarding Officer (CFO). The buyer must cover all applicable import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and any clearance charges levied by local authorities.

Please note that NoName is not liable for any delays, penalties, or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete documentation, non-payment of import duties, or non-compliance with the destination country’s import regulations. Buyers are advised to consult with their customs team or logistics partner to avoid unexpected delays or charges at the time of clearance.

Shipping & Tracking Communication

At NoName, we prioritise complete transparency and timely communication once your order is ready for dispatch. As soon as the shipment leaves our premises, we share a detailed update with you via email. This includes the tracking ID provided by the shipping partner, along with all relevant export documents such as the commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill, and any additional documents you may have requested earlier. To ensure full visibility into the shipment’s final condition, we also provide a short video of the packed cartons, showcasing packaging quality, carton labelling, and handling. Along with this, we include a concise inspection report that confirms the final quantity, quality standards, measurements, and packaging status of the order

Working with Your Logistics Partner

If you prefer to use your freight forwarder or courier service, we are happy to coordinate the dispatch accordingly. Once your production is complete and the goods are packed, our team will ensure they are ready for handover within 24–48 hours of your confirmed pickup request. To facilitate a smooth transfer, we kindly request that your logistics partner share their contact information and pickup schedule at least 2 business days in advance. This allows us to prepare the required export documentation — including the commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill (if applicable), and any other necessary paperwork — and ensure a seamless handover process. Our team will also be available to assist your logistics partner with on-site coordination, loading, and document verification during pickup.

If you have special requests, need help understanding customs clearance in your region, or want to discuss the best shipping strategy for your brand, our team is just an email away. For shipping inquiries, contact us at: hello@nonameglobal.com
